Matthew 21:1-11

Next week Sunday, March 20, 2016 is Palm Sunday normally referred to as ‘The Triumphal Entry of our Lord Jesus Christ to Jerusalem.’ It is the 6th Sunday in Lent and it is called “Palmarun” meaning Palm Sunday. It is the day Christendom cries “Save me Lord.”

From the passage above, few questions have been raised for your reflection throughout the whole week until the Palm Sunday.

1. From verse 3, Jesus told them…… ‘The Lord has need of them.’ You need Jesus Christ and Jesus is in search of you. Will you response ‘Yes Lord, here am I?’ Will you walk to Jesus today, even right now?

2. From verse 5, it is recorded that ‘Behold your King is coming to you.’ During this week, the King of Glory is coming to you, will you receive Him or not? Are you going to let Him pass by without letting Him into your heart?

3. From verse 10, He entered Jerusalem and the entire city was moved, saying, “Who is this?” ‘He entered Jerusalem.’ The Jerusalem is your heart, and my heart. Will you allow Jesus to enter your heart today, even right now? Has He entered your Jerusalem – your heart already? This week will you give Him the chance to enter your Jerusalem – heart? Rev. 3:2 says ‘Behold I stand at the door and knock. If anyone (including Muslims, Buddhists, Americans, Chines, Ghanaians, Akans, Krobos, Asantes etc and YOU) hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with Him, and he with Me.’

Beloved in the Lord, the triumphal entry into Jerusalem which begins today till Sunday is the entry into our heart. Allow Him to have a safe arrival in your heart right now and also permit Him to stay there forever and ever.

We are starting our ‘Mpaebo Kese’ from today. Join us in all the Sessions. God bless you. Give your life to Jesus Christ. Contact me for further discussions.

I love you but Jesus loves you the best. Your comments are always welcome. Thank you.
